2024 Eclipse Viewing and RV Dry Camping


Thanks for considering Beartown Ski Area for your visit to the North Country to see the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse. Beartown is in the direct path of the eclipse and is expected to have just over 3 minutes of total eclipse. 


We are accepting guest reservations on a first-come-first-served basis and expect to be able to accommodate about 20 RVs in our parking lot areas. 

Beartown sits on 100 acres and has over 6 km of wooded trails for guests to enjoy. While lodge facilities have been closed for the season, guests who enjoy remote camping will enjoy our quiet space and beautiful vista.


Cost: $300

Arrival: Sunday, April 7th after 3pm

Depart: Tuesday, April 9th by 11am

Amenities: Very Limited

SKI TEAM

Learn advanced skiing techniques from trained coaches and be part of a great team of kids at Beartown.

Practices are Saturday & Sunday from 10am-2pm.

Always check the weather for the region if you are concerned about temperatures or driving conditions. During the season you can expect machine groomed packed powder, T-bar and poma running, lodge open, bon fire outside, gondola warming huts available (first come, first served), and groomed cross country skiing trails.
